Distributed Analytic Models
Real-Time Distributed Spreadsheets in Excel and the Web.
Create spreadsheet models of any complexity, or use your existing Excel documents; with Sayula's distributed model solutions you can instantly deploy those spreadsheets on the centralized server platform and thus make them immediately available to all authorized users in your network, via either their own Excel clients or via your company's web browser. Sayula's solutions empower you with the ability to disseminate, at once, full-fledged procedural and analytical models across your global enterprise.
The Anima-based Solution Mechanism
A Sayula's Anima-based solution can effectively shift Excel's analytics execution to the underlying distributed platform of symmetrically scalable engines, and make the results immediately available in both Excel itself and the company's Web.
The mechanism could not be simpler: 1. Create the model in Excel or use an existing Excel document. 2. Upload the Excel file in Sayula's Anima via the system administrator's GUI. That's it. The same model is now globally available via two different applications as follows: 1. In Excel via Anima's Excel generic add-in. The model is now visible to all authorized Excel users across your company's network and can be locally activated as a standard Excel spreadsheet (or a segment of it) by a single mouse click. 2. On the Web via Anima's Excel-like Flash client. From your standard web browser you can now enter and change the model's data and formulas just like in Excel. And just like in Excel the formulas can be either standard spreadsheet functions or your own proprietary functions. Anima's distributed infrastructure transparently keeps track of cell and formula dependencies for you and gives you access to market data right there on you browser, ticking away in real time. |
